BeltBuy Return Policy Statement

We firmly believe that quality and fit are the core values of a belt, if an item does not meet expectations, please follow the rules below to request a hassle-free return or exchange:

1.Return Time and Fee

30 Days Hassle-Free Return and Exchange: You can request a free return or exchange within 30 days from the day following the date you signed the receipt.

Free service: Return shipping is paid by BeltBuy (prepaid DHL/UPS return label is automatically sent)

Overdue: No returns will be accepted after 30 days (except for customised items and final sale items).

2. Conditions of return

Belt unused, no creases or scratches, the leather goods retain the original protective film, the metal buckle is not worn, the anti-counterfeiting label is intact.

Original packaging (including brand box, care card, size adjustment tool) complete

Rejection situation

Custom engraved/coloured belts (page marked "Custom Made") Belts that have been cut or punched (affecting secondary sales) Sale items (page clearly marked "Final Sale")

3. Return process


STEP 1|Online Application
Log in to your account on BeltBuy website >> “Order History” >> View items to be returned >> Contact Customer Service >> Submit inspection photos

STEP 2|Get a return kit
Send a confirmation e-mail containing the following materials within 1 business day:
🔸 Prepaid return label (automatically matched to the nearest logistics point)
🔸 Loss-proof packaging instruction video
🔸 Return progress tracking link

STEP 3|Send back the item

Packed in the original branded box with a return label affixed to the outside

Important: We recommend taking photos of all six sides of the package.

STEP 4|Refund Processing

Refund will be issued within 3 working days after acceptance by the warehouse.

Exchanges will be shipped first with expedited logistics upgrades.

4. Special scenarios to deal with

🔸 Size issues: offer free exchange (limited to same model of different size, insufficient stock may be discounted balance)

🔸 Quality issues: upload photos of loose buttons/cracked leather, etc. and send directly for exchange after approval.

🔸International returns: Customs refund (maximum refund £15), customs documents must be emailed.

5. Brand Promise

Returned belts will be professionally handled and donated to charity (e-certificate of donation available on request)

A £10 voucher will be issued as an apology for returns due to quality control failures.

Loyal customers with an annual return rate of <5% are automatically upgraded to VIP service.

A: Slight signs of wear are acceptable, but obvious deformation of the leather will affect the refund.

A: You must return it with the main item, keep the free gift separately at £8.99/buckle.
